		<description>Programming is a lot like playing Zelda.  A lot of time is spent being frustrated with a single problem, but the reward for figuring it out is usually well worth it.  So, if you&#039;re planning on being a web developer and you don&#039;t like Zelda, you might be in some trouble.

I&#039;ve also found that there are a few people out there that want to get into software development because it&#039;s a monetarily lucrative field.  Like you said, this job is about passion.  If you don&#039;t actually like this work, you probably won&#039;t get very far.  I know this seems like a no-brainer, but it&#039;s pretty common.  It sounds like your brother has the right attitude, though.</description>
