Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the personal MCP server operated by Justin Carmony (“the application”).

1. Who may use it

The application is a private, single-user tool operated for the personal use of Justin Carmony. It is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and no right of access is granted to anyone else. Access is by invitation of the operator only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

2. What it does

The application connects an AI assistant to a Google account through Google’s OAuth 2.0 flow, allowing the assistant to act on that account’s data at the authorising user’s direction. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Anyone using the application agrees not to use it to break the law, to access accounts or data they are not authorised to access, or in any way that violates the terms of the underlying Google APIs.

4. Availability

The application is a personal project. It carries no uptime commitment, no support obligation, and no guarantee of continued operation. It may be changed, suspended, or shut down at any time without notice.

5. No warranty

The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of use of or inability to use the application.

7. Third-party services

The application depends on Google APIs. Use of those APIs is additionally governed by Google’s Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Revoking access

Authorisation can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
