				<description>&lt;p&gt;I lived in Mexico for two years when I was serving my LDS Mission. There I discovered my favorite food of all time: tacos al pastor. Also known as &amp;ldquo;Shepherds Tacos.&amp;rdquo; They were awesome. I&amp;rsquo;ve found similar tacos here in Ogden at the &lt;a href=&#34;http://www.thesonoragrill.com/&#34;&gt;Sonora Grill&lt;/a&gt;. However, there is one problem: the food health codes in the USA prohibit the tradition methods of cooking tacos al pastor. Here is a traditional method of cooking:&lt;/p&gt;</description>
